Manage Coworking stations

Space reservations and smartworking


The Coworking Experience app is a white label Rapsodoo space management product through which our customers can book workspaces and tools before going to the office. Since 2020 we have seen an explosion of smart working and related methods. Now is the time to manage your corporate offices intelligently. We achieved this in collaboration with the main gas distribution operator in Italy. We involved one building and around 100 users in the pilot project with the aim of managing 4 buildings and 4,000 users by the end of 2022. All based on Odoo.
